It's honestly up to you, but I'd check with eBay to see what the current market for an exploitable N3DS XL is. Considering it has a NAND mod, I'd say it's worth a bit more. If it's in good condition, I'd say anywhere from $180-250, depending on what the market is.

I'm not saying that he has to sell it, i'm just saying that if he wants to get rid of it, i'm a candidate for 130 euros (he lives in germany, we speak in euros).
He doesn't have to sell it to me, and i don't really need it since i got 5-6 3ds'es laying around.

It really depends on to who you're selling to.
If you find someone that specificly needs an exploitable N3DS with a hard mod, then you could ask a bit more, (180 - 220).
However, if you would try to sell it to a normal person, you would be more to the 60-90 euro range.
Because who wants to buy a device that someone soldered to, drilled a hole into it, and putted a useless port into it.
If you'd put it online, and wait arround a week, maybe a few months, i'm sure you'll get that eager 3DS buyer that'll pay you 200 for it.
But at this point i'm offering 130
