Hardware How Many have preordered it already

Nope, I haven't...Yet.

I plan on spending ALL of my Christmas money to pre-order it. If pre-order's aren't available in the US by Christmas, I'm going to lock the money away in something. I'm horrible at saving money, meaning if I have money, I have the urge to spend it.

If I don't put at least a majority of my Christmas money towards it, I won't be getting it at launch, which I REALLY want to.

just checked my local gamestop. they told me that the USA release date would be in April, and they werent taking preorders yet

Gamestop is absolutely full of retards. I think a prerequisite to be hired is a sub 80 IQ. I related my experiences with them earlier.

And by the way, word is Gamestop preorders in the US start the day after Christmas.

I won't be pre-ordering anything. Every time I pre-order something, things go wrong. EVERY FREAKING TIME! Nope, not gonna do it. I'm already seeing potential problems with the release of the 3DS in this thread alone. For me to pre-order one is just asking for disaster.

How the hell can you preorder it, even the Japanese N3DS that launchs sooner then the European N3DS and the American N3DS at February 26th is not due to be preordered other then idiot sites that might as well as scam you (and there are many stories behind them that they did scam people) like GameStop, they know about the price as much as we do, if they knew more, they'd release it on GameSpot and get their traffic that they love so much

So isn't the worldwide release expected around March after Japanese release is done. I might in pay cash or over online once the 3DS has been released. I'm hoping to save up for at least four games to buy with the 3DS.

i probably won't:
1) i can't even preorder yet in the UK
2) i'll just get it for next christmas when the price has lowered slightly, more games have come out, and i don't have to pay for the whole thing (seeing as its christmas)
