How i can identify 3DS games checking their game folder?

Hi, i installed several games and several UPDATED and DLC on my 3DS. If i'm not wrong, .cia games are installed into the title\00040000 path.
Updates into the title\0004008c path and DLS into the \title\0004000e path, am I right?
Is it possible to identify which are the games related to the folders present into the 3 path above?

The folders are the first and second half of the title ID, you can check the title IDs of the games you have installed with FBI. Used to be easy to search title IDs in the title key database, but that isn't around anymore.

I was able to retrieve 70% of my games, but it seems that some games aren't present into the FBI list... i checked carefully all the title list but they are missing. I notice that there are some title ID without name, like these:

but it isn't possible to understand which title is related to every code. Is there a way to choose a title on 3DS and then detect its title ID?

Those are system titles.

Your understanding of the folder structure for .cia installations on the 3DS is correct:

Games are installed in title\00040000
Updates go into title\0004008c
DLC is found in title\0004000e
To identify which games correspond to the folders in these paths, you can use the game's title ID. Each game, update, or DLC has a unique title ID that you can reference. You can find this information in the .cia file name or through various 3DS homebrew tools that can display installed titles and their IDs.
