How I can copy PFK file from computer to PS4

How I can copy PFK file from computer to PS4?
I downloaded PKG file with 80GB and my EXT HDD is formatted to exFAT on PS4 but once i cannot to my computer, they cannot see ext HDD.
I find in internet and they said Windows10 is not support exFAT format.

so how i can install the game that have a big size?

I think the issue is that the hard drive was formatted on the PS4. I think I formatted mine on PC first. I have Win 10 and exFAT 4TB Toshiba ext.

2TB or larger hdd requires gpt, below that mbr iirc. the system won't see the pkg files if that's wrong.
