Homebrew How Does One Set Up Woominstaller GX2? (texture2D.gsh problems)

I've installed it, but it doesn't find the texture2D.gsh file. I've tried putting the texture2D.gsh on the /content folder and /content/shaders folder, but it still doesn't find it. I've tried changing the file permissions of texture2D.gsh in Health & Safety using FTPiiU and Filezilla, but it doesn't seem to save the permission change (to 777) I would like for Woominstaller GX2 to work since I really like the interface... yes, I know of wupinstaller GX2.

I'm using RedNAND, Mocha CFW, version 5.5.1
