ROM Hack How do you use plugins with NTR CFW on 3ds

Okay... I have NTR CFW installed onto my 3ds with Luma3ds. But, I can't figure out how to properly put in plugin cheats, specifically one I saw on a forum here for Luigi's Mansion 3ds that just provides a few files. I asked for help there but the forum was made in 2018 so I don't know if I'll be answered or not. I have the "plugins" folder on my SD card but I'm not sure how to use it.
I'd appreciate any kind of help. Thanks
