Without CBHC, technically your console becomes "unhacked" every time you turn it off. When you turn your console on again, in order to access homebrew you need to re-run an exploit (be it the web browser, Haxchi or one of the game exploits), in which case your console is hacked again, until turned off.

So removing homebrew from your console is usually as easy as:
  • Running the uninstallers for CBHC or Indexiine, if you had those installed
  • Deleting (and optionally re-installing) the DS game you installed Haxchi/CBHC on, if you had those installed
  • Deleting the homebrew apps from your SD card (if you have a redNAND on the SD card, it can be removed by reformatting the card)
Of course, if you made manual modifications to your console's NAND using homebrew tools (such as installing homebrew apps to the system menu, installing pirated eShop games, or even applying mods to games or something even more advanced) those will also need to be reversed. But generally, it's just as easy as removing or not using your chosen exploit.
