Hacking Homebrew how do you make (compile) apps for the Wii?

I want to compile a little game for the Wii. what app do I need? and how do I compile it (if there are any special procedures)?

And a LOT of reading. That is all the info you need, found on Google. No one here will walk you through it I'm afraid but you could reach out to other wii homebrew devs once you know what your talking about and run into problems.
