I saw AM2R and i wondered if there was any way I could run it on my 3ds using homebrew. So I looked up the subject and there was nothing about converting .exe to .3dsx except for making a new program, but I don't want that I want a simple way to convert the .exe. and there is no install just a bunch of files you extract and then click the exe. so please help me!

There is no way of converting an exe to 3dsx, you have to make a new program. If the program is not open source them you have to remake the whole thing. If its open source then you just have to adapt that to the 3ds.

There is no simple way to convert a .exe to a .3dsx except for getting the sorce code for the program and recode it to work with the 3ds.

You can disassemble it, but that's not the same as getting the source code. Unless you really know what you are doing, disassembling won't be helpful at all.

I love the fact that you are suggesting to disassemble an executable to someone who was asking how to convert an exe to 3dsx just three posts ago

He asked if there was a way of getting the sources off a .exe, I just answered it.

Well, look at OP.

I want a simple way to convert the .exe

He want's it easy.

there was nothing about converting .exe to .3dsx except for making a new program, but I don't want that

And if all he found on Google was to create a new program then he shouldn't be asking us here. He already got his answer.
I bet he'd take credit for the Homebrew if he could convert the .exe to .3ds .

In all honesty if someone manages to convert an .exe to a .3dsx he deserves A LOT of credit.
