To nstall cfw yes but i don't see anything about installing homebrew games there.

If the homebrew is .3dsx place it in a sub folder under a root folder 3ds so SD:\3ds\homebrew <-try to name this folder close to what the homebrew is so u know what it is

What format is your game in? It may not be a installable one. It may be a homebrew launched one you have.
