how do you think you delete any digital content on the 3ds? (if you didn't know then ok sure, but i'm just making the point that it does not matter that you are using 'cia games' or gw, etc

The only thing I can say in OP defense is that there is confusion with how you can not go into data management on system nand and how you can on emunand
