Hacking How do you create DAT and XML files?

I pressed DB select and I chose both of them but I could not find the file anywhere!

Can anyone help me!

I found the CC files and a play my game but the cheats dont work!

And how do I find and place the DAT or XML file into a folder called "Cheats"?

use akaio, use the wifi cheat db update, enjoy.

if you don't have wifi, do a search for narin's cheat thread. download and place it in the cheat folder. enjoy.
