That's the neat part, you don't.

Dev mode exists and you can buy it from Microsoft, it's the only practical method as of now unless you somehow managed to get an old one with free dev mode exploit activated, but I don't see the point doing it now at all.

No, but WD sells expansion cards now also. You can also buy any size USB 3.0 external hard drive and play Xbox one and 360 games from it, but X/S games must be played from internal SSD or expansion card. I have one of these and it works great on series x:

At least, it cool they make Xbox Adaptive Controller, would be cool if they do more like those accessibility feature like voice command too for all game controlling instead of using that Amazon and google home privacy intruding thing that can only browse thing and shut down device. Can someone tell me are there any Xbox approved gun-motion controller, it was hard to find one that write Xbox-approved third party controller? I heard Delta Six, not sure it is work with Xbox or not any more ever since Xbox limit third-party controller. I guess I can play it with Xbox Cloud gaming on PC to use other third-party controller or something, not sure.
