Hello, i was wondering on how release groups upload 3DS games. Not like where people find the link for the rom but how they upload the game itself. What hardware do they use? How does the method they use work? I'm just really curious to find out!

do you mean how do they rip the games off the cartridges? theres some pictures around of a kit someone made which allows them to rip the cartridges

They must use some kind of secret, probably custom-built ripper.

They upload the rips to Usenet newsgroups, which find their way to ROM sites across the net

ftp probably or nntp
needs no special hardware and works on any os worth that name
since both are in use for over a quarter century documentatin should be plenty

They get the mushroom from the magic forrest, then give it to the witch. She, in return, makes some magic powder. The magic powder is sprinkled on the cartridge and BOOM! ROM

Sorry, unhelpful post. A bit bored, I am today...

well the world goes round ,if in the end a flashcard or cfw is released i would be interested to see if the rips will work to each unique 3ds
but i prefer a region lock tool and homebrews as piracy will kill some great titles

They have a team of people who know how hardware and software works and who also know how to reverse engineer very well. If you don't know this, then I wouldn't worry about ripping roms from game cartridges. There really isn't any reason for most people to do so anyway as there isn't even a public way to play 3ds roms (which is the only thing most people care about)

Step 1. Take a game cartridge (preferably a crappy game, ex. Spirit Camera). Step 2. Grip it with two hands, one on each side. Step 3. Pull both hands in opposite directions, gripping the cart the whole time. Result: A 'ripped' game cartridge! You just got trolled, rick rolled!

Step 1. Put 3ds cartridge in toaster.
Step 2. Turn toaster on.
Step 3. Remove 3ds rom.

You're welcome.
