I'm planning to start using Comic Book DS but all the tutorials talk about using DSes to do it. Is there a way to run DS homebrew apps (that use .nds files) in the 3DS?

1. just use your phone lol, and if you dont have a phone then how the hell do you have a 3ds.
2. just do everything like the sd card was a flashcart, theres literally 0 difference unless the program is doing some weird shit
