Homebrew How do I use DOSBox?

So, I'm trying to play I.M. Meen in retroarch's DOSBox core (the standalone cia version). I extracted the ISO into a folder, then loaded "IMMEEN.EXE" in the DOSBox app, but it crashed my 2DS (Exception type: prefetch abort (kernel panic); Fault Status: Debug event). There were four other files that showed up: "DOS4GW.EXE," "INSTALL.EXE," "MCHECK.EXE," and "MEEN.BAT." I tried those, and they also crash. What do I do? I tried just running the iso file before, but it brought up a command prompt, and I didn't know what to do.

Nevermind, I decided to use the Wii U version.
