How do I uninstall Retroarch from my 3ds entirely

So I accidently fucked up, I was trying to play prboom and I accidentally set the A button as right on the d-pad so now I can't use my A button. If anyone knows a way to reset the controls for retroarch or uninstall it completely with all cores gone too that would be a great help. I already tried the old fashion delete method through settings.
