If it doesn't crash. If it crashes, then you don't have much choice besides grabbing a copy of the firmware in .cia format and digging through it to find the title IDs you modded and install them (or be lazy and just install the whole thing), you may need to uninstall the modded titles first if FBI refuses to install them because they already exist.
