Hacking how do i turn on cheats?

i dont see where it is... it in the settings? where do you select cheats for each games?

Enable cheat codes on settings menu and everytime before you start a game, they will prompt you if you want to activate cheats or not. Select yes, and it'll take you to the cheat menu for that game.
