How do I remove everything relating to Microsoft Office?

I'm trying to install Office 2016 and it says it cant install because it detects another version that will conflict with it. Its not in my add or remove programs and I checked my program files and x86 folder and removed any Office folders from there but its still refusing to install since it still sees previous versions somehow. Is there a program I can get to completely remove Microsoft Office from my drive so I can freely install this new one?

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

I get this message

Error 1920. Service 'Office Software Protection Platform' (osppsvc) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

I tried both the automatic solution and the manual one and both failed. How else can I remove Microsoft Office?

Try Revo Uninstaller. If that doesn't work, check your registry for any Office-related installation keys (backup first, of course).
