I recently dumped my ds Games of Pokemon Black 2 and platinum as i wanted to play them off of my 3DS's SD card, i tried patching Black 2 using the Ds scene rom tool but had no patch appear
I don't know if DS Scene ROM Tool still works correctly since it relies on a central server.
However there's an archive of AP patches, you should be able to find what you need there: https://gbatemp.net/threads/ap-patch-preservation.477536/
