Hacking How do I open decrypt9 after following Placcet's guide?

I want to set up DS CIA forwarders but I can't open decrypt9

Use the chainloader payload

Put it in /luma/payloads, and name it "<button>_Decrypt9.bin", where <button> is the button you want to hold to open it.
