how do i mod/hack my gamecube to play roms

    So i want to play games on my gamecube , what type of modchip would i need?
    Which is the best modchip for the gamecube , i only saw one that was reviewed.
    Are there any guilds on how to mod my gamecube?
    How do i play roms on my game cube?
    What would i need to mod my gamecube?

    There's different ways :
    If you could get sd media launcher then get gcos to play games without (hard) modding or
    XenoGC (modchip) was a popular one my friend has it works great.

    If you're also looking to play roms (nes snes n64 etc...) i advise that you should get sd media launcher then get the apps (emulators) also you would have space on the sd card to put apps and roms on.

    how much does a XenoGC cost?
    Where can i get it?
    whats the diffrence between hard modding and soft modding?

    all i want to do is play hacked video games on my gamecube so how do i do it?

    Softmodding is modding the gamecube through the use of software, programs, and homebrews. Hardmodding is using the modchip which u put in the gamecube. you have to open up the console and have knowledge of soldering or pay/have someone do it for you.

    Lol this is from like 5 months ago, im a lot or maybe a just a little smarter from before, I think i'll just install a CMIOS on my wii and play backups off of that
