Homebrew How do I install DLC and updates with WUP installer?

I have downloaded games using Wii U USB helper. The DLC's and updates are in a separate folder in my download location. Do I simply install the DLC's etc the same way I would a game?

Dlc and updates go in separate folders. I don't think there's an order.
