I've had my wii softmoded by some dude but trying to launch bootmii from the homebrew launcher results a black screen , i tried to install it manually but trying to launch hackmii installer through the homebrew launcher isn't working out because it doesn't appear to me at all...uhh, anyone knows whatsup ?

Thank you ,I got it to work and all , but apparently i can only istall it to os tho not to the boot2, i don't think there is a work arround..

There isn't. It's impossible to write to boot2 on Wiis after about the second or third shipments.

Launching BootMii requires files on an SD card, too. You can use ModMii to get them if HackMii Installer isn't loading.

in case i bricked my wii , would priiloader help me resotre my nand ?
like booting into bootmii from priiloader , or i it just a forwarde?
I don't really get what you mean, it could be one of the following answers:
Priiloader has no NAND backup features.
Yes, you could forward into BootMii from Priiloader.
Yes, Priiloader gives sufficient brick protection.

I meant is Priiloader able to save me from a nand brick ? like after bricking ,can i restore my nand using priiloader , same as bootmii ?

Not directly, but you can use it to access BootMii IOS (either through HBC or Priiloader itself) to do so.
So:
1) Install BootMii, even though it is an IOS installation
2) Install Priiloader
3) To access BootMii from startup, hold RESET on power on and navigate to BootMii through the menu.
