Hardware how do i install a skin for the m3 (perfect)?

I downloaded a halo theme for it, and I made a folder called BACKING at the root of the sd card. I go to the setup in the m3 menu, choose background, press right to change it, and it tells me some error. So my question is, how do I install the skin and get it working? Thanks.

rename your 'BACKING' folder to 'BACKIMG'

the folder name is right "BACKING" not "BACKIMG"
