ROM Hack How do I get ROM hacks for GBA on my 3ds

Hello, I have homebrew for my o3ds and I have the GBA injector. Can I use the injector to play ROM hacks like Pokemon Clover? Thank you!

yes, just inject the hacked rom like you would with a clean rom.

When i did they i would start the game and it gives an error and tells you to turn off the console

Ok i looked again and this time i read the boxes and applied the ISP to pokemon but now when i try to play it, it does not give me an error it has a white screen and on the bottom its normal but its just a white screen on top.

inject the pre-patched game, don't patch it with the injector.

Should i just try and get a GBA emulator or something on it i think its pokemon itself becuase i guess all pokemon are having problems?

you're patching the wrong dump, the right one should be called "1636 - Pokemon Firered (U)(Squirrels)", I just tried it and it works.

sooo ips patch it first then get the cia put the gba in the GBA and the cia in the cias then install it in FBI then play

then I don't know what is the problem, I was also getting a white screen after patching the 1.1 version of the rom but I got it working using the squirrel version.

run your patched rom with Visualboy advance, if you get a white screen then it's the rom's fault.

If you have a white screen, maybe disable the gba bootscreen in luma settings.
