I tried playing Pokemon White on NO$GBA, emulation was so damn smooth, but the emulator itself was full of nothing but unfixable issues, so i switched to DeSmuME, no issues at all, except the game is very sloow. What settings do i change so i can get the game running on original framerate?

Well it does give it a nice speedup, but i'm missing like 10 more frames to get perfect frames, any other settings i should change?
I'm not sure, I haven't used it since it added internal rendering options.

Are you using openGL or that software thingy? And how did you get pokemon white to run on no$gba.. all i got was an error saying "notyet" and soul silver was super corrupted

EDIT not exactly preferrable but also try setting frameskip to 1 or 2

I'll try out Open GL and 2 Frameskips.
I got Pokemon White to run on NO$GBA by using 2 AR Codes, but it's not worth playing on NO$GBA, the game has black lines on every shadows, you can't save no matter what code you add in, and the game is super sensitive to crashing.

I have a 2.27Ghz Intel I-3 dual core, 4gb 1600mhz DDR3, Intel HD 3000 chipset for GPU and it runs DS fine with JIT.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

On there site.

Turn on JIT (dynamic recompiler) for HUGE speedup:

  • For Windows users: in main menu, choose Config -> Emulation Settings, check “Use dynamic recompiler” or add to command line “––cpu-mode=1″
  • For Linux users: add to command line “––cpu-mode=1″
  • For Mac users: In the Emulation menu, choose Emulation > Show Emulation Settings. Then in the Emulation Settings panel, select Dynamic Recompiler. To keep JIT as the default setting, click ‘Save Settings as Default’.
