Hacking How do I find my save game on SD card?

I using GW and all my save game are on SD card, I need one of them for back-up but I don't know which is which, they only have number for name so how to find it?

The save is the title ID of the game
use http://3dsdb.com/ to look up the name of your game, and get the title ID... That should be the name of the save on your SD card

Alternatively... you can drag the rom of the game into a program like GW rom patcher or CTR to get the title ID
