Homebrew How do I dowgrade my 3DS??

There is so much userland crap here that I cannot find out how to downgrade my system and get homebrew running. My current firmware is 10.7.0-32U, so I know it is possible. Would anyone be able to help. Thanks!

Really? You can't find any of the dozen tutorials in the forum called Tutorials?

I'm sure plenty of people are more than happy to help you, including me, but put a minimal effort in please. This is most likely the most common tutorial on this entire forum.
