how do I delete every cios installed and start new?

    I have been trying to have wii game emulation on my wii through wiiflow/usb loader gx and i installed the proper cios files but, it just doesn't want to work so, I want to delete everything and start new on homebrew...

    You can just uninstall all the IOS with a number above 200.

    But this won't really help your case; when reinstalling cios (or for that matter any title), what's in that slot is replaced, and doesn't influence the new thing!

    If you want to really start over:
    Wii Settings
    > Format System Memory (last tab)

    That doesn't remove extra IOSes, only all channels and your shop login. You won't be able to download anything you've already paid for afterwards.

    Not even that, it clearly tells you deleting your shop account is a separate step lol

    Don't delete any old cios just install new ones and you'll be good
