Hacking How do I create backups of Wii game injects?

Is it considered part of the vWii if I select an inject of a Wii game on the Wii U dashboard, or is that only stuff on the Wii dashboard? I'm guessing those injects are probably just forwarders that redirect the console to the vWii, but I'm wondering how I can create backups of my Wii save files in case something happened to my console. I've heard USB Loader GX and SaveGame Manager GX mentioned, but I've seen various download links and I don't know if they're different versions or something.

savegame manager gx works even for copy protected saves. it does redirect to the vwii, yes, but you don't need your virtual wii hacked. it will say "wii" on the gamepad, which is how you know it's switched over.

I'm also about 90% sure the saves are saved to the vwii nand.

Yeah, I've noticed it redirects me to the vWii to delete the save data when I delete a Wii game from the Wii U. So I can back up my game saves using any version of savegame manager gx?

I'd suggest getting the latest. if there are bugs, they may have been corrected.
