Hacking How do i create a cheat file for a patched game?

I just patched kingdom hearts recoded with an english patch. Now cheat won't show up, and I'm not sure what to do.
I found the cheat file for the clean rom, but I'm not sure what to rename it to work for my patched rom.

You do the smart thing and do it straight up like a man.

Otherwise get R4CCE and edit your usrcheat.dat...go to the game, click on the [...], choose your rom, and save.

If you're lucky, all you need to do is make a duplicate of the cheat entry (for the whole game) and change the GameID to that of the patched one using R4CCE.

Sometimes with translations cheats either won't work or won't work properly.
