[Solved by updating my system stuff from a9lh to b9s with luma stuff :D Guide: https://3ds.hacks.guide/updating-b9s]

My uncle recently gave me his hacked 2DS because he doesn't have the time to play games and all that.
I was like "oh look theres a thing called freeshop its probably eShop but free lol" and I instantly downloaded Metroid Samus Returns and wanted to play it.
I started the game and its loading forever. I googled the problem and it seems like my 3ds FW is too low (its 11.2 right now, i guess its something with FBI because that warning thing is like a data manager with a fbi cube banner thing and i have a Luma Updater thing on my home menu thing). Ive been browsing through many threads and found no clear answer, that was easy to understand. (i know, i'm a total noob pls dont hurt me D:) Ive heard of something called httpwn that could fix it but its not starting cause apparently the servers of httpwn (idk) are down.
Can i bypass that Update-thing without updating my system? (btw. i tried using Luma Updater but every time i start it it crashes on some download)

~And please, give me some very easy answers that i can understand xP~
I'm sorry for asking such a dumb question ;-;

Do you have B9S? If so, you should just update your Luma and upgrade your firmware. No reason to be on those low firmwares except for that crappy cart called Gateway.
https://3ds.hacks.guide/ - here is THE guide to help you on the way.

Please follow this: https://3ds.hacks.guide/a9lh-to-b9s
Or if you'd feel more comfortable with a deutch guide since you are from Germany according to your profile here: https://3ds.hacks.guide/de_DE/a9lh-to-b9s.html
