Just want to do it. For nostalgic purposes onlym i remember back in the days when i had my dslite and dsi...

Do i need a bios file to run ds mode logo on r4?

There was some thing I remember that could boot the original nds firmware, but it couldn't save so it didn't get past the initial setup (cos you have to reboot at the end of it)

twl loader will show the dsi screen if that's what ur trying to achieve. twl is the part of the flash where dsi games r downloaded to, so it makes sense that a dsi screen is produced by using that with ds games. u also have ds forwarders which will show the ds screen. however, with both, u need to install cfw.

Thanks but i am waiting for an future exploit. If not then i will hardmod.. :(

use soundhax to get to homebrew launcher then boot 3DeSmume into the .nds file that TWL-Slot1 Launcher has included.
Thanks. I had an idea. After fasthax is released i will install the pokemon sun legit cia and play it. After i finish the game i will try the harmod. So even if it bricks at least i played sun and moon

when you don´t mess up the soldering you can literally give a fu*k if your system bricks or not because you´ve got a hardmod

I think the point is that if they brick when attempting a hardmod, at least they played Pokemon

Also it'd be a good idea to back up your pokemon save file before hardmodding btw
