Hacking Question How do i block DNS's if my router refuses to?

So, my router doesn't block dns's even if i want it to.
aka these:
http://sun.hac.lp1.d4c.nintendo.net:443
http://beach.hac.lp1.eshop.nintendo.net:443

Can i run a dns "bridge" on my pc and run my switch dns settings through my pc? I really need the eshop tomorrow but i don't wanna update.

Update: Tried fiddler. It works alright.

You can set up a fiddler proxy and block urls with that. There is already a guide in the forums on how to do that

fiddler doesnt work anymore i dont think people are getting errors and nothing is working

Try without the http:// and :443, works on my router.

I'm using fiddler right now and it works fine. New urls need to be blocked for update nag on 3.0.0 (also in a separate thread) but other than that I've had no issues.

It is working, but there won't be a way around games that force updates. You would need a way to spoof your current firmware version which isn't currently possible (at least no publicly). But that's pretty much how it always is when you block updates before exploits come out. You won't get online play.
