How do I apply custom sfx to themes?

    Usagi is telling me to use .bcwav files, how do I acquire these file types??

    It requires a tool known as ctr_WaveConverter, but unfortunately this isn't a legally available tool as it's part of the official SDK.
    It's also been discussed in this thread that you can use something called Banner Tool but I've never had any success trying that.

    Worth noting that the Usagi 3DS Theme Editor can support this tool if you load it in the appropriate folder.

    i made a theme with sounds, its pretty easy but you "need" a nintendo dev kit software

    Didn't YATA+ have a WAV to BCWAV converter?

    yes. the link i posted above talked about that.

    Also, I heard the iso site had some tools for this.
