I need to convert a wav file for my custom theme to bcwav, is there a way to do this?
Shouldn't Every File Explorer be able to do that? https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-every-file-explorer.373615/
how do i do it in efe? whenever try to make a ctr stream it makes a bcstm
found that comment :

Also i don't know if it is fake
PM it to him then.
send it to me via reddit /u/commandercarl
bannertool can do this. You can find pre-built executables of it here. Run it in command prompt/terminal without any parameters to see a list of commands and their parameters.
Well then better use bannertool. For obvious reasons.
converted the file to cwav, whenever i try to use it with the program "custom cwavs" it crashes
-i np.wav -o test.cwav
Created CWAV "test.cwav".
Hi. Im trying to convert a .wav file in a .cwav with bannertool and i receive this error: "Could not find WAV format chunk". Can anyone help me?

You need the official sdk. As far as I know it's the only way.
I'm 90% sure that BCWAV is rediculously similar to BCSTM (maybe just the header is different). I converted BRSTM to BCSTM by looking at the headers of the same songs, and that's what someone should do for BCSTM or something to BCWAV
I doesnt have the oficial SDK. There isnt any alternative?
Other then what I've read in this thread, I don't know of anything. I've always used the sdk.
Bannertool closes on me immediately and ctr wave converter crashes when I try to use it. I honestly have no idea what the issue is.
Run bannertool via CMD, don't double-click it.
Does anyone here have a BCWAV/ CWAV converter? I plan on using it to modify KH 3D Battle voices since they are the same format with a hex editor. I even extracted the Japanese battle voices myself.
