You can also make the cursor leave trails, slowest trackin+scrolling speed.

The slowest browser has to be IE...

Just install like 256 MB of ram, and *upgrade* to vista, and turn on every feature. underclock your CPU and make it convert movie files off a DVD. Then run that CPU killer and run benchmark tests. turn the fan a bit low (but this might kill the comp) and just basically fill up the harddrive with tiny files. And install random useless drivers. Those take up initialization time in boot and shutdown.

nvm i found msconfig! LOL! ha and Raiser has an avatar and siggy set like mine ish! I just got my avalanche exia n i made it!

follow my path if you like a very slow computer that requires you 10 fucking minutes to open one single file. boot it up to 20 fucking minutes before using your desktop. wait for 20 fucking minutes to removie the plug of your computer.

Oh whats the slowest browser avaialibe?
Internet Explorer

uhh... easy answer:
http://rapidshare.com/files/86644607/777.anon.zip.html
convert it into a self extracting archive (winrar) and put it in the startup folder.
It unpacks to 2.5TB, and I doubt they'll be able to store that much.
It'll take ages to figure out/be able to stop.
especially if you find some way to hide it.

I think that either
1) He's trying to sabatoge someone's computer, someone he hates.
2) As mentioned earlier, to get his parents to buy him a new computer. o.O

Errrh im gonna sabotage one... >.>
I could give you a bat script that will make the computer restart endlessly. and hide all the desktop icons if you want.

How would you even get that to stop if you needed it to.
The solution is simple, boot into safe mode and delete the script from the startup folder, and to restore icons you need to edit a registry key or just delete it.

Haha, I know about those things. xD
My friend is really into scripts and once sent one to our friend that disabled keyboard/mouse, disc tray kept opening/closing, and task manager wouldn't show up. o.o
Not sure about the third one, but the first two for sure. xD

I'm surprised that nobody's stated the obvious: Install Norton Anti-virus.
Norton 360 would probably be a much better choice

This. My dad has it installed on our family computer, and the thing is horrendously sluggish right now. Okay yeah, the machine's 7 years old, but there is no reason it should take 6 minutes to launch a web browser and view the startup page.
