I have a N3DS with rxtools emunand. For some reason when I access eshop, even through HANS, it only shows updates for a few of my games, and a few other things, but it doesn't show any games. When I search for a game, NOTHING shows up. It is not the full eshop. I even installed the latest tiger and nver.
I have another 3DS and eshop works as it should.
I just need to know how to dump installed games from my emunand so I can install certain ones onto the other one. I seem to recall a tool that can do this, but I can't remember what it was called, or who made it.
