Yeah, they're out in the wild, but I want to dump them myself, okay?
Is there a tool out there?

As a rule of thumb, multiboot roms are easily found inside the romfs of the DS (or Wii) software that distributes them

Ripping them off the air is technically possible but I don't think I've ever seen the tools needed...
