Hacking How big is the NAND backup file?

You know, the NAND file when you backed up your Wii with BootMii? Is it typically like 543MB or something?

Also, if your SD card doesnt have enough space for the NAND backup, what happens?

If your sd card dont have space...probably bootmii give error.

It is 528MB I think. Don't try to use an SD card with not enough space. It just won't work and might corrupt the file system.

I want to backup my NAND with BootMii but I can't do anything on the BootMii menu as I don't have a GC/Classic controller and the power/reset buttons don't do anything.

Yeah aroung the 528mb+ size as people have said, you can then compress it a bit too on the pc down to around 350mb I'm told...depending on how many saves and VC/WiiWare games you have, less installed stuff will be closer to the 350mb, more installed means less compression so closer to the 400mb size.
