I am making a tutorial on my website in C, C++ and SFML programming, but there's no way I'll be able to finish it by the time the contest ends.
Good luck to everyone, especially the guy who wrote the tutorial on writing reviews. That'll be helpful.

Looking through it, do you intend to add more, like pictures, examples, etc? It isn't very beefy and is rather short and straightforward otherwise. I have a hard time understanding why every step is a spoiler tag as well. It just seems like they're there to make the steps standout, but also presents the false idea that there is more to be seen.

Just made it. Is it possible to use anchors? If so; how? And I'd love to use them if they can.
Anchor tags were removed during the last tutorial contest for reasons. I might as well say reason because the reason was that the use of them completely deleted my tutorial. Buggy code at its finest.

I dunno if they're supported now on this forum, and if so, if an admin would even get around to reactiviating them and seeing before the contest was up. Try posting a thread in the site support forum or whatever it's called to get Costello's attention quickly.

Do you think pictures would be an added value to the tutorial? Have you had a hard time doing the steps without picture? Is this even the place to discuss about this? Would it be better if you would make these comments in my thread instead?

Thanks for the help. I'm doing this tutorial not so much to teach other people, but to teach a friend. So my current team consisting of 2 devs can get bigger.
I've already written most of the script for the first 3 lessons - "Hello world", "Integers and basic arithmetic" and "If, else and logical operators". Once I add code to them, I'll upload them on my site and I'll start doing YouTube vids on the tutorial. Then I'll be adding 1 lesson per week(or even more when I'm at my grandma and I have tons of free time) up until roughly 50 lessons. Oh, and BTW, if anybody happens to be Bulgarian, I'll have both a Bulgarian and English version of the tutorial. I'll post links on the temp when I'm finished with the first 10 lessons, so I can get some feedback from my friend if the tutorial is good or not. Wish me luck. :D

They were added back long ago when we updated the forum/changed forum software.

Go to test

Code:
[anchor]TEST[/anchor]
[link=TEST]Go to test[/link]

Unfortunately, the "link to an anchor" BBcode is broken on XenForo, so you'll need to do it like above.

My Entry -
http://gbatemp.net/threads/the-responsible-gamers-guide-to-steam-sales.350419/ - The Responsible Gamer's Guide to Steam Sales

Being a student I was hoping to share some of my wisdom of gaming within a budget using Steam Sales. I usually only buy during the steam sales as I cannot personally afford to buy every title on release.

While my guide is generally common sense, I work better when I plan ahead and I wanted to share with the users my methods.

LOL a lot of people seem to have already broken some rules within their entries. ;P
