Hacking Homebrews

I don't know if this has been asked before or if its against the rules (only linking to warez is wrong if I'm sure). But I'm new to 3DS hacking and I guess this is the first time I'm trying something out like this. I haven't been following the hacking scene but the last time I checked, flashcarts were the only method and that too if you had Firmware version 4.5 something. Now I'm back to make use of my 3DS considering where I live original games are really costly. Suggest me some homebrews/CFWs from which I can play 3DS titles.
