Hacking homebrews not working on R4

Yea I've tried Mario Paint Composer and The most recent Tron dron thing. I have and R4 and I've DIDI patched both of them and all I get is a black screen after load up. Please help me run these games

r4 doesnt work with alot of homebrews

you could also try Flashcard OS 2.1 check the downloads section or use DSorganize

It works for me and so does every other homebrew game/app I've tried(except DSWiki). Is your R4 v1.18?

sometimes it seems like you have to change the folder name for which the .nds file is in that you want to open. or at least that was the case for LMP-NG (ipod clone). it is very difficult and frustrating to find out what you need to change the folder name to, but making it have the same name as the .nds file usually works.

I can run Mario Paint Composer on my R4 with no problem.
