Homebrewed 3ds data transfer

Hi, i have my sd card with all the data from my ex homebrewed 3ds in my new 3ds (i also did the official data transfer from the old console to the new one from the options)
My theme appears but not my games, the data is still on the sd card when i read it in my pc
How can i make my new 3ds work with this data please?

Use faketik hopefully you didn't do a wireless transfer.
