I turned on my vita tv today and it had some weird stuff going on, now when i turn it on, it always ask me to format the card, but always fail. So is there a homebrew that maybe can do that?

sounds like the memory card is going out. failure to format is a sign of this. I had a card that did this as well. it still works, but it's a sign of it failing.
