can you post your log content?
on your SD card you should have a log file created by the installer, it contains some info (what it does, what it found, etc.)
maybe it could help.

I have the same one, except IPC value (629) (I don't know what it's used for)

and I have these info at the bottom which are missing on your log :

All the preparation are successful. You said it crashes when you select install HBC?
It should first tell you that you can install it, and bootmii can't be installed (like on my log) before even being able to select it.
maybe it's still testing what can be done or not, and you try to install it too fast?

the log didn't provide a lot of info, all seems fine, your IOS are good, etc.

Maybe my files are bad?? Can I get the files from someone who has installed it successfully?? I was trying to use the Smashstack exploit.

Oh yes now I see you have the exact same problem as this guy and your wii u is second hand, maybe try and find that version of sys check with ABH elevation and report back what you get after you run it?
