Homebrew Homebrew launcher error

So I've had this error when launching homebrew, called
''00001000
01fcf000
d8e17506''

I deleted homebrew and tried re-installing it. I tried installing it through soundhax, through QR codes and also with the HBL.cia for 11.3. However every time I try to launch homebrew it says ''An error has occured please save your data in any software currently in use, then restart the system.
i also tried deleting the 3ds file on my SD card but with no luck.

I was on HB version 11.2 though. My system is version 11.3.

Thank you so much for your reply. I didn't think about trying that with the freshly installed and not-working homebrew. However I tried it and got a new error code this time;

I rebooted after recieving this error. Now I am recieving this error again:
''An error has occured please save your data in any software currently in use, then restart the system.''.

Update: I read on internet (don't know if posting the link is allowed) that disabling the New 3ds clock speed in Luma (hold select when launching your 3ds) would work to fix the above error. It worked!

That's not at all the same error. The one you're getting indicates you probably have CFW, most likely Luma. In which case you can only use the HomeBrew CIA. You can't use entrypoints like that anymore.

Well do you have CFW? I'm 99% sure you don't get visible process errors like that on OFW. If you have CFW you 100% can install the HomeBrew CIA. What is your system setup?
