The file structure of that app makes no sense to me, do I really have to have all those extra files just to download one file from a server to the sd card? :ohnoes:
it's weird because it tries to work around the issue of ctrulib not being able to download from HTTPS sites (unless it can). if it could, the "site" folder wouldn't exist and the script would not be downloading from my site. since the starter pack is not behind an HTTPS site, it's much simpler to set up (though you still need to do things like zip extraction and handling multiple files).

the source of my modified lpp-3ds is there. that's not relevant unless you want to see what changes i've made to it. the big part is https://github.com/ihaveamac/mashers-gl-updater/blob/master/mglupdate/index.lua which is the entire program on the 3DS.

what is this this mysterious lua you speak of? Is it easier than using c and ctrulib?

I have a ds mode flashcart clone and it's not working on my n3ds's 9.5 emunand. It's working fine on sysnand and on my 10.1 2ds... I have to do something to let it boot from the emunand?

I accidentally edited an Alpha Sapphire save in PKHex that had the wrong secure value and I'm without a backup.

Is there a way to find what the secure value should be and rewrite the one on the save?

So there is a way. Same thing has happened with me too. I started a new game. I backuped the save of the new game. I saved it on my computer. Then i took my old 'corrupted save', and used a tool named secure value fixer, thru which i replaced the old save's secure value with the new save's secure value, after ehich i imported the save into my game. try it.
